- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- If using, add the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
