Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread You Can’t Resist!

A deliciously cheesy and garlicky bread that pulls apart easily, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread (preferably Italian or French)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread diagonally and horizontally, creating a grid pattern without cutting all the way through.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Stuff the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese into the cuts of the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the garlic butter mixture.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
