Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Knots You Can’t Resist!

Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Knots are delicious, soft, and buttery bread knots infused with garlic and cheese, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  4. Dip each square into the garlic butter mixture, then place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the cheese and shape it into a knot.
  6. Place the knots in a greased baking dish and brush with remaining garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs to the butter mixture.
  • These knots can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
