- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Dip each square into the garlic butter mixture, then place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and shape it into a knot.
- Place the knots in a greased baking dish and brush with remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
