- 4 slices of brioche bread
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Maple syrup for serving
