- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
