Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake Squares are a delicious dessert combining creamy cheesecake, rich caramel, and crunchy pecans, all on a graham cracker crust.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
