CARAMEL CHEESECAKE BROWNIE TRIFLE: A Dreamy Delight!

A delicious layered dessert combining rich brownie, creamy cheesecake, and luscious caramel.

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Let the brownies cool completely, then cut them into small squares.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until fluffy.
  5. In a trifle dish, layer half of the brownie squares at the bottom.
  6. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the brownies.
  7. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, cheesecake mixture, and caramel sauce.
  9. Top with chocolate shavings for garnish.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade brownies.
  • Feel free to add nuts or other toppings between layers.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
