Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (Cut into cubes)
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon (Crumble before use)
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (For frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Take a handful of the chicken mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and enclose it.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Roll each bomb in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer over medium heat. Test with a breadcrumb to check readiness.
  5. Carefully lower the bombs into the hot oil in batches, fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes instead of frying.
