  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet, shell side down.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  6. Broil the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately with extra garlic butter on the side.
