Broccoli Cheddar Egg Bake with Turkey Bacon

A delightful breakfast casserole featuring creamy eggs, savory turkey bacon, and vibrant broccoli, all baked to perfection with a melty cheddar cheese topping.

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Broccoli, steamed
  • 4 strips Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain and chop.
  3. Steam the broccoli for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and crunchy.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Combine the chopped turkey bacon and steamed broccoli into the egg mixture. Fold in half of the cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
  9. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For make-ahead convenience, prepare the casserole the night before and refrigerate. Bake in the morning for a hassle-free breakfast.
