Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of scrambled eggs in the center.

  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or oil.
  7. Place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
