  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sirloin cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated sirloin cubes onto skewers.
