- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, whisk in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer them in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuits, then sprinkle with cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and salt, then pour over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
