Big Mac Wraps

Transform the iconic flavors of a beloved fast-food classic into heartwarming, home-cooked Big Mac Wraps, featuring seasoned beef, crisp vegetables, and a creamy special sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a mixing bowl, blend mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Warm tortillas, spread special sauce on each, then layer with beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and optional pickles.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold in sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve warm.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use corn tortillas or lettuce wraps. Make the sauce in advance for better flavor development.
