Big Mac Wraps

A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps feature seasoned ground beef, fresh lettuce, pickles, and a special sauce, all snugly wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup special sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and sauté until fully cooked, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface.
  3. Place an equal amount of the cooked beef on each tortilla.
  4. Top the beef with shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and a slice or two of cheese.
  5. Drizzle the special sauce over the ingredients.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges to keep fillings secure.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Assemble the wraps without the sauce and refrigerate. Add sauce before serving for freshness.
