Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones

A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling with fresh strawberries, all in a crispy cone topped with a buttery crumb mixture.

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 ice cream cones (regular or waffle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Spread this mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
  5. Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  6. Add granulated sugar gradually and mix until incorporated.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract and gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  8. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag.
  9. Pipe the mixture into each ice cream cone until it overflows slightly.
  10. Sprinkle the cooled crunch topping over the cheesecake-filled cones.
  11. Chill the filled cones in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, drizzle strawberry syrup over the cones before serving. Keep cones in an airtight container without topping to maintain crunchiness.
