  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
