Baked Tacos

Delicious baked tacos filled with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, draining excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with taco seasoning and a splash of water.
  4. Assemble the taco shells in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each shell with seasoned beef and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream before serving.

Notes

Make the filling ahead of time for quick assembly. You can also use an air fryer for a crispy version!
