Baked Honey Marinated Cod

A mouthwatering baked cod fillet featuring a luscious honey marinade with garlic and lemon, perfect for cozy dinners.

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the marinade by whisking together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Marinate the cod fillets in a baking dish, pouring the marinade over them and letting sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

For a quick cooking method, use an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes. Marinate in advance for deeper flavor.
