Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant Casserole: A Breakfast Delight!

A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole made with layers of croissants, eggs, cheese, and crispy bacon.

  • 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer the torn croissant pieces, followed by the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
