- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, green onions, and sweet and sour sauce.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
