Apple Cinnamon Granola Bars are a delicious and healthy snack option, perfect for on-the-go energy or a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped apples, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
