Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the black beans over medium heat.
  2. Add the spinach, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until the spinach is wilted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese.
