- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, avocado
- In a skillet, heat the black beans over medium heat.
- Add the spinach, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until the spinach is wilted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese.
